stay of 6 nights qualifies for a
7th at no charge. |

Mandala accommodates 11
comfortably - a further 2 can be
accommodated on a sofa bed if
necessary (totalling 13). |

Children are under 8 years of
age; Infants under 3 are free (a
cot is available) |

The tariff includes all utility
charges including electricity,
gas and water but not telephone.
A telephone can be made
available (mobile phone coverage
is not good on Bruny Island) but
requires a $100 prepayment of
phone call charges (the balance
is refunded when telephone
statement information is
available). |

A
deposit of $50 is required by
the Night Porter booking system
to secure the booking. We will
require a further deposit of 50%
of the total (less the $50
already paid) by bank transfer
within 30 days. The remaining
balance (50%) is required 4
weeks prior to commencement of
letting period (no refunds for
cancellations within 2 weeks). |

You may bring your own linen and
towels, or we can supply at a
cost of $10 per person per
booking |

The cost shown by Night Porter
does not include extras such as
telephone or linen.
Following your booking, the
owners will contact you to
ascertain any extras you might
require - these will be invoiced
when yourfurther deposit is
requested. |

Household essentials are
supplied including basic
foodstuffs (e.g. tea, coffee,
sugar, salt, pepper). There is
no charge for the use of sea
kayaks and assorted games
equipment (use of sea kayaks
does involve some paperwork
however). |
